I believe that it is important for me to be involved in the communities that I spend time in. I am a member of a variety of communities and so seek to be an active participant and contributor in many of them. Here are a selection of activities I am or have been involved in to give you a flavor of the things I am passionate about:

At Carleton College

  • Current member of Faculty Personnel Committee (Tenure & Promotion Committee)
  • Host of Physicists from Underrepresented Genders (PUGs) events
  • Organizer and facilitator of numerous Faculty/Staff leadership professional development activities (e.g., workshops, speakers, lunch and learn meetings, and book groups)
  • Former Chair of the Accessible and Inclusive Bathrooms Monitoring Team

In the Physics Community
